The company ELVIEX OE operates in the impregnation of wooden poles in modern facilities with the use of advanced techniques and high-quality raw materials. It was founded in 1970 and is a subsidiary of the construction company ETETH SA, and consequently a subsidiary of AVAX SA.

The company’s factory is located in the area of Pefkodasos, 4 km north of the town of Polykastro in the prefecture of Kilkis, 15 km from the Greek-FYROM border.

ELVIEX OE produces 60,000 cubic meters of impregnated timber per year, with its production constantly increasing and its capacity now amounting to 80,000 cubic meters per year. The management system applied for the impregnation of wood with biocides is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015.

The privatefacilities of the company extend to 120 acres, with building facilities and covered areas that exceed 9,000 square meters. Thanks to our fully equipped facilities and our modern technological equipment that consists of all the necessary machines and components for all stages of wood impregnation, the direct and excellent timber impregnation of any type is guaranteed.
